     Brunch Casserole

Ingredients
4 cups cubed day old bread-crusts cut off
3 cups cubed ham
1/2 pound sharp cheddar cheese-grated
1 can BB Mushrooms
1 small can ripe olives, chopped
3 Tbsp flour
1 Tbsp mustard
3 Tbsp butter
 
4 eggs, beaten
3 cups milk

Instructions
In bottom of 9x14 Casserole put in the bread, ham, cheese, mushrooms and olives. Mix together- flour, mustard and butter. To flour mixture add eggs and milk. Pour liquid over top of ingredients in pan. Let stand overnight in refrigerator. Remove from refrigerator about 2 hours before baking. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 1 hour.
Serving Suggestions
Great for family, holiday or church breakfast.
