     Ice Box Cake

Ingredients
1 large pkg lemon jello
1 pint boiling water
1/2 cup nuts, chopped
12 marshmellows, cut in half
12 marashino cherries, cut in half
1/3 tsp salt
1 small can cubed pineapple
1/2 pint whpped cream-vanilla/sugar to taste
 
1/2 pound graham crackers, crushed
1/3 cup butter, melted

Instructions
Crust instructions- Combine graham crackers and melted butter. Pat into 13x9 inch cake pan. Set aside.
Filling instructions- Combine jello and boiling water until jello is dissolved. Let set until thickened. Beat until fluffy. Add nuts, marshmallows, cherries, salt and pineapple, mix well. Whip the whipping cream with vanilla and sugar until forms peaks. Add to Jello mixture. Spread mixture over crust. Place in freezer for at least 8 hours or overnight before serving.
Serving Suggestions
If desired, serve with a dallop of Whipping Cream
