     Turkey Casserole

Ingredients
1 pound 4 ounces ground Turkey
1/2 cup onions, chopped
1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
1 2/3 cups frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
10 3/4 ounces cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup water
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a 2 quart baking dish with cooking spray; Set aside.
In skillet, cook turkey, onions and pepper until no pink remains with turkey and vegetables are tender. Stir in mixed vegetables, soup, water, salt and pepper; Mix well. Pour in prepared baking dish. Bake uncovered 25 minutes.
After 25 minutes- Top with cheese; Bake 5 minutes longer until cheese melted.
Serving Suggestions
Serve warm with side of bread or green salad
