Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In 2 quart bowl, combine eggs, water, milk, mustard and onion; Beat well.
Add salt, macaroni, cheese and tuna; Mix well.
Pour mixture into greased baking dish or pan.
Bake in 350 degree oven on rack that is slightly below center of oven for 45 minutes or until firm and light brown.
Cut into pieces and top with 1/4 cup Ketchup or chili sauce.
