4 oz fresh mushrooms, sliced

1 large onion, halved and thinly sliced

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 1/2 pounds beef round steak, sliced

2 cups beef broth

1 teaspoon dry mustard

1/2 teaspoon salt

pepper to taste

2 tablespoons flour

1/4 cup water

1 cup sour cream

Instructions |
|
|
|
saute mushrooms and onions in oil. remove from pan.
|
|
|
|
cook beef in same pan until cooked through. return vegtables to pan.
|

|
add beef broth, mustard, and salt and pepper. simmer for 45 minutes.
|
|
|
|
combine flour and water, stir into pan and cook until thickened. add sour cream just before serving.
