     Cheese Bread

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups warm water
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup non-fat dry milk
1 tablespoon yeast
3 cups flour
1/2 cup melted butter
8 ounce package of shredded mozzeralle cheese
garlic powder, parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper to taste
 
marinara sauce

Instructions
1. Dissolve yeast in the warm water. Let sit for 5 minutes. 2. Add sugar, milk, and salt; mix 3. Add enough flour to form a moderately still dough. May need up to 1/2 cup more flour. 4. Knead the dough until smooth. 5. Roll the dough into the size and shape of your baking pan of choice. (preferably a 13x18) 6. Spread half of the butter onto the bottom of the pan. Place the dough into the pan. Let raise in warm place for 15 minutes. 7. Spread remaining butter on the top of the dough. 8. Top dough with toppings or leave it plain. 9. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. 10. Cut into breadsticks and serve with marinara sauce if desired.
