     Penne Pasta Salad with Spinach & Tomatoes

8 oz penne pasta
3 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tsp McCormick Rosemary leaves, finely crushed
1 tsp McCormick Thyme leaves
1/2 tsp McCormick Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp McCormick Oregano leaves
1/2 tsp Sea Salt from McCormick Sea Salt Grinder
1 package (6 oz) baby spinach leaves
1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
1 cup bite-size mozzarella cheese balls, halved
2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese

Cook pasta as directed on package. Drain well.
Meanwhile, mix oil, vinegar, rosemary, thyme, garlic powder, oregano, and sea salt in a large bowl with wire whisk until well blended. Add pasta and spinach; toss to coat well. Add tomatoes and cheeses; toss to mix well.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
