Sprinkle brisket with seasoning ingredients Mix liquid smoke and worchestershire sauce Cover deep pan with foil, put brisket in, pour liquid mixture over seasoned bisket, seal foiland refrigerate overnight Cook 6 to 8 hours at 225 degrees
