180g chicken (cubed)
4 rashers bacon (cubed)
180g mushrooms (sliced)
1/2 red pepper (sliced)
300ml double cream
1 clove garlic (finely chopped)
1tsp Dried Italian herbs

Fry chicken and bacon, with a knob of butter & splash of oil, until lightly browned.
Add mushrooms, peppers & garlic. Fry for 2 to 3 mins
Add cream & herbs and reduce until sauce begins to thicken (10 to 15 mins)
Season to taste (add a few chicken granules or a small amount of stock if you find it needs enriching).
Serving Suggestions
Serve with pasta & garlic bread.
