Fry chicken and bacon, with a knob of butter &
splash of oil, until lightly browned.

Add mushrooms, peppers & garlic. Fry for 2 to 3 mins
|
|
|
Add cream & herbs and reduce until sauce begins to
thicken (10 to 15 mins)
|
|
|
Season to taste (add a few chicken granules or a small amount of stock
if you find it needs enriching).
