     Creamy Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
2 English Cucumbers
1 medium Onion
2 heaping spoonfuls Mayo or Miracle Whip
1 tsp. Sugar
2-1/2 Tbsp Cider Vinegar
Salt and Pepper to taste
 
Instructions
Peel and thinly slice cucumbers. Cut onion into thin rings.
In a separate bowl mix last 4 ingredients. Taste before putting on cucumbers, add more vinegar if not sweet enough etc.
Top with salt and pepper. Chill at least one hour before serving.
