Fry bacon in large skillet until crisp, 10 min. Drain on paper towels, then crumble. Combine broccoli, celery, bacon and rainsins in a large bowl. Combine mayonaise, vinegar, sugar, and half and half in a small bowl. Add to broccoli mixture and toss to coat. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. 6 - 8 servings
