     Crockpot BBQ Pork

Pork butt, cubed
Beef broth, approx 4 cups
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Liquid Smoke
1 bottle bbq sauce (I use Williamson Brothers)
King's Hawaiin Rolls, split

Place pork in crockpot. Season with salt and garlic powder, add enough broth to cover, then add liquid smoke. Cover and cook on Low at least 6 hours (I leave mine cooking overnight). When done, drain all liquid and shred pork with 2 forks. Add bbq sauce to taste, then continue to cook on Low for another 30 minutes or until heated through. Serve on rolls.
