In a saucepan bring the sugar, vinegar, salt, & dry mustard to a boil. Cook for 1 min.; allow to cool. Add remaining dressing ingredients. Chill. combine all vegetables in a large bowl, add dressing & toss. Cover & refrigerate several hours , stirring occasionally.
