     TexMex stacked pizza

Ingredients
8 fajita sized tortillas
1 c. bottled marinara sauce
1 1/4 c. rinsed, canned pinto beans
1 can ( 11 oz) Mexican corn, drained
1 1/2 c. Mexican blend cheese
 

Instructions
Heat oven to 425. Line 2 cookie sheets with foil, coat with Pam. Place 4 tortillas on each sheet and bake 3 - 4 minutes per side or until crisp & lightly browned. Spread marinara sauce on each tortilla; top with beans, corn & cheese. Stack 4 tortillas on top of other 4. Bake 3-4 mintues until toppings are hot & cheese melted.
