Crush blueberries with sugar using a potato masher. Let stand 20 min. Place strainer over small bowl and pour berry mix into strainer. Press with the back of a spoon to extract juice. Discard pulp.
In a large pitcher, stir together blueberry, lemonade, water & vodka.
Fill 8 lowball glasses with ice. Divide lemonade amoung glasses. Garnish with lemon slices.
