Crumb mixture- Combine ingredients using a fork; set aside.
Cream Cheese Swirl- In a small bowl, cream brown sugar & cream cheese until fluffy. Mix in vanilla and cinnamon; Stir in pecans; set aside.
Coffee cake- Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 9 x 13 pan. Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, & salt; set aside. In large bowl, beat butter & sugar until fluffy- add eggs, one at a time, beating til comgined. Add vanilla, gradually add dry ingredients. Stir in sour cream mix. Transfer to pan & top with crumbs.
Bake 40 - 45 minutes.
