     Peaches and Cream Muffins

Ingredients
2 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
3 t. baking powder
1 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. salt
1 can (15 oz) sliced peaches, drained
4 oz cream cheese
2 eggs
1 1/4 c. milk
 
1/3 c. honey
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 t. lemon peel
1 1/2 c. bran flakes

Instructions
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, & salt. Cut peaches & cream cheese into 1/2 inch cubes, set aside. Beat eggs, milk, honey, butter & lemon peel until blended. Stir in bran flakes, peaches & cream cheese. Stir into dry ingredients Fill greased muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake at 400 for 18 -20 minutes. Cool r minutes before removing from pans.
