     Swedish Meatballs

Ingredients
3/4 ground round
1/4 ground pork round
1/3 cup plain bread crumbs
1 cup half and half
1/2 teas. salt
1/2 teas. sugar
1/4 teas. white pepper
1 1/2 teas. (up to 3 tbsp) chopped onion
dash allspice
 

Instructions
Mix meat thoroughly together with your hands. In a separate bowl, soak bread crumbs, salt, pepper, and sugar in half and half for at least 10 minutes. Saute onion in 1 tbsp. of butter.
Mix all ingredients together well.
Dampen waxed paper and wet hands. Roll mixture into small balls and place on waxed paper (Approx. 1 inch balls).
Fry in butter until done, approx. 10 minutes. Repeat until finished. Meatballs can be prepared ahead and frozen.
