     Moist Banana Bread

Ingredients
3/4 c. butter
3 c. sugar
3 eggs
6 ripe bananas, pureed
1 1/2 c. sour cream
2 t. vanilla
1/2 t. salt
3 t. baking soda
4 1/2 c. flour
 
Instructions
Cream butter and sugar; add eggs, bananas, sour cream, & flour, mix. Pour into greased loaf pans ( 3-4) and bake at 300 for 1 hour. Freezes well.
