     Sweet & Sour Keilbasa

Ingredients
1 lb of Turkey Kielbasa
1 bottle of beer for the Kielbasa
1 bottle of beer for the cook --)
1/4 cup Brown sugar
1/2 cup Ketchup
1/4 cup Vinegar
1 tbls water
 
Instructions
Cut Kielbasa into 1/4 inch slices. Boil for 10 minutes with a bottle of beer. Drain.
Combine the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 1/2 hour.
Serve hot!
