     Stove Top Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients
16 oz box of macaroni
1 cup whole milk or ( 1/2 cup milk and 1/2 cup cream)
1 stick butter
5 to 8 slices good american cheese. The more cheese the creamier it is
 

Instructions
Prepare macaroni per Pasta box direction. While pasta is cooking, bring milk, butter and cheese to room temperature. After Pasta is Al Dente, drain in colander. You can use the Pasta pan, Add milk and butter, as it warms tear up the american cheese and add to milk mixture. When butter and cheese is melted and blended re add the pasta.
mix well, heat through and serve. Yum.
