Ingredients
2 ripe avacados peeled and pitted (save a pit)
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 green chili peppers, finely chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
Tabasco sauce to taste
1 medium tomato, peeled & finely chopped
 
Instructions
Mash avocados; add onion, peppers, lemon juice, salt, pepper and Tabasco. Beat until creamy. Gently fold in tomato. Cover and refrigerate until served. Serve with corn flavored chips.
