     No Cook Salsa

Servings   about 2 1/2 cups

Ingredients
2 cans (14.5 ounces each) diced tomatoes
1 can (4 ounces) diced green chiles
1/4 cup thinly sliced green onion
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro or parsley
2 tablespoons lemon or lime juice
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste
1-2 chopped jalapeno (remove seeds and ribs to reduce heat)
 

Instructions
Wear gloves when handling jalapeno.
Mix all ingredients well. Chill for at least 4 hours, over night is better.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with tortilla chips
