Make sure to wear gloves for jalapeno. Finely chop
jalapeno and garlic.
|

|
Boil together all ingredients EXCEPT tomato paste
for 45-60 minutes. Remove from heat and as paste.
|
|
|
Process by hot water bath for 35 minutes for pint
jars or 45 minutes for quart jars.
