Mix flour, yeast, cheese and pepper in a large bowl, forming a well in the center of the ingredients.
Mix milk, eggs, oil and butter in a sauce pan or microwaveable dish and warm to about 110 degrees.
I use the microwave set to a very low level (3), stirring often to avoid cooking the edges.
Place warmed egg mixture in the well of the dry ingredients and stir until well blended.
Place in dreased or PAM sprayed tube pan. Let rise 3-4 hours until doubled in size. Bake at 300 degrees for one hour.
