     Blueberry Sourcream Muffins

Ingredients
2 c. Bisquick
3/4 c. & 2 T. sugar, divided
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
 

Instructions
In a large bowl, comgine biscuit mix and 3/4 c. sugar. In a small bowl combine eggs, and sour cream; stir into dry ingredients just until combines. Fold in blueberries. Fill greased muffin cups 3/4 full. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 375 for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool 5 min. before removing.
