     Biagetti Shrimp and Feta over Vermicelli

Ingredients
1/4 c. olive oil
3/4 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp.pepper
pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp. dried garlic
28 oz. canned diced tomatoes
1/3 c. white wine
 
2/3 c feta cheese
8 oz. vermicelli
2 lb. cooked shrimp

Instructions
Cook shrimp until pink in boiling hot water. Spread in baking dish and sprinkle feta cheese. Combine first 9 ingredients and simmer 10 minutes. Pour over the shrimp and feta and bake in a 400 degree preheated oven for 20 minutes. Cover loosely Cook vermicelli and serve with shrimp mixture on top.
