Heat oven to 275. Mix cereals, pretzels, & peanuts in ungreased 9 x 13 pan.
Mix remaining ingredients. Pour over cereal mixture, stirring until evenly coated. Bake 30 minutes, stirring occasionally; cool. Store in airtight container up to 1 week.
