     Cheesey Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients
2 cans Campbell's Cream of Celery Soup
1/2 cup Milk
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
8 cups Potatoes, thinly sliced
2 cups Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
2 Tablespoons Butter or Margarine
1 Onion
Paprika
 

Instructions
Combine soup, milk, and pepper.
Arrange alternate layers of potatoes, onions, cheese, and soup mixture in a buttered 2 1/2 quart shallow baking dish or 13x9x2 dish.
Dot top with butter; sprinklewith paprika. Cover and bake st 375? for 1 hour. Uncover and bake for 15 minutes or until done.
