     Sister Betty's Apple Fritters

Ingredients
2 cups Flour
1 Tablespoon Sugar
1 Tablespoon oil
1 cup Apples
2 Eggs
1 teaspoon Vanilla Flavoring
1/4 to 1/2 cup Water
Confectioners Sugar
 
Instructions
Fry in deep fat (oil). Spoon in by teaspoons.
After done, roll in confectioners sugar.
