     Protein Shake

Ingredients
1 cup Vanilla Yogurt
1 Tbs. ground Flax seed
1/2 cup water
1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
1 cup frozen Fruit (ie. strawberries, blueberries)
 

Instructions
Blend all ingredients together in blender. Enjoy.
For chocolate protein shake....use Chocolate Protein Powder, eliminate the fruit and use ice cubes instead.
