     Raspberry White Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients
6 oz good quality white chocolate
1 c. flour
1/4 t. salt
1/4 c. unsalted butter, softened
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. fresh or frozen raspberries
2/3 c. white chips
1 t. vanilla
 
1/2 t. almond flavoring

Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 Grease an 8 inch square pan. Coarsely chop white chocolate & melt, set aside to cool. Put flour and salt in a small bowl & stir to blend. In a large bowl, blend sugar and butter. Add the white chocolate. Next add eggs, vanilla & almond flavoring & mix. Add flour & stir just until blended; add white chips & stir in raspberries. Pour into pan. Bake 40 min. if using fresh raspberries and 45 min. for frozen. Done when pick inserted in center comes out clean.
