Heat oven to 350. Grease bottom and sides of 9x13 pan, lightly flour.
Make cake mix as directed on package using eggs, oil and sour cream omit water.
Spread half of batter in pan. Mix brown sugar, pecans,& cinnamon ; sprinkle over batter.
Carefully spread remaining batter over pecan mixture.
Bake 45 minutes, or until deep golden brown. Prick surface of cake several times with a fork; drizzle powdered sugar glaze over cake. Run knife around sides of pan to loosen cake. Cool completely about 1 hour.
