     Beer Batter Bread

Ingredients
3 c self rising flour
1/2 c sugar
1 can beer, at room temperature
 

Instructions
Add flour, sugar and beer together; stir until blended. Spray the Woven Traditions Fluted Cake Pan or Loaf dish with nonstick cooking spray. Add bread mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Remove from the dish while it is still slightly warm. WONDERFUL!
Variations- Add herbs to taste (dill or rosemary are both great). You can also substitute ginger ale if you prefer not to use beer.
