Preapare spice cake to package directions and break into pieces. Layer half the cake in the Trifle Bowl, drizzle caramel over cake. Prepare Amaretto with 8 oz cream cheese and 12 oz cool whip. Put evenly over the caramel. Repeat cake and caramel. Prepare Snickerdoodle with remaining cream cheese and cool whip and spread evenly over the top. Garnish with the gingersnaps.
