     Creamy Turkey Hash

Ingredients
4 c chopped cooked turkey
4 c cooked rice (mix of brown, white or wild)
1 lb button mushrooms, sliced and sauteed
1/2 c chopped onion, sauteed
1/2 c grated parmesan cheese
1/4 c chopped fresh Italian parsley
1 c heavy cream
2 eggs
1 t paprika
 
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
Combien the turkey, rice, mushrooms, onion, parmesan cheese and parsley in a bowl and toss to mix well. Whisk the cream, eggs, paprika, salt and pepper in a bowl. Pour over the turkey mixture. Let stand 15-20 minutes. Spon into a baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly. Broil 3-5 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
