     Sour Cream Coffeecake

3/4 c chopped walnuts
1/2 t. cinnamon
3/4 c. butter
1 1/2 t. baking soda
3/4 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sour cream
3 eggs
1/2 t. baking powder
1 1/2 t. vanilla

About 2 hours before serving or day ahead; in small bowl, combine walnuts, cinnamon & sugar. Grease 10 inch tube pan. In large bowl, with mixer at high speed, beat butter with 1 1/2 c. sugar until light and fluffy. Add flour& remaining ingredients at low speed until blended. Put half of nut mix in bottom of pan and pour in 1/2 batter. Sprinkle remaining nut mix over batter and pour in remaining batter. Bake at 350 for 1-1 1/2 hours.
