     Potato Casserole

Ingredients
2 lbs Hashbrown potatoes
2 cup Grated Cheddar Cheese
2/3 cup Chopped Onion
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
1/4 cup Bell Pepper
1 cup Cream of Chicken Soup
1 pint Sour Cream
1 stick melted Margarine
 
2 cups crushed Corn Flakes

Instructions
In 3 quart baking dish, put thawed potatoes. Pour remaining ingredients, except 1/2 of stick of margarine, over potatoes. Cover with 2 cups crushed corn flakes and other 1/2 of melted margarine. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
