     Charcoal Grilled Fish

Ingredients
1 Northern Pike or Red Snapper
Garlic Salt to Taste
Pepper to Taste
Margarine
2 Teaspoons Lemon Juice
˝ Cup Melted Butter or Margarine
 

Instructions
Season fish with garlic salt and pepper. Rub inside and outside of fish with soft margarine.
Cook over slow burning charcoals for 5 minutes on each side.
Combine lemon juice and butter and baste fish with butter mixture and remove from heat. Baste again and wrap in foil. Grill for additional 15 to 20 minutes or until done.

Serving Suggestions
Harmon and Kirby’s favorite meal was fish! Head from fish can be removed and used by eaglets for a pillow!
