Ingredients
1 cup shortening
1 cup sugar
1 cup mashed cooked carrots(3 med. 2 large)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg
2 cup flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
I CING
powered sugar
 
orange juice
grated orange rind
Instructions
Mix ingredients and drop bu teaspoon on greased cookie sheet. 350 degrees for 12 minutes or longer Icing when cool
