     Sour cream sugar cookies

Ingredients
4 1/2 cups of flour
1 cup shortening
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp soda
1 egg
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
 
Instructions
Mix in large bowl- flour ANSI shortening. Mix like pie crust and stir in sour cram and soda
Add egg, sugar, vanilla. Mix and roll out for cookies. You can use lots of flour and they will not get tough
Bake at 375 for 10 min
