     Pork Tenderloin - Glazed

Ingredients
1/2 Cup orange or peach marmalade
1 Tbl. lemon juice
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
splash of while wine
pork tenderloin
 

Instructions
Combine all ingredients except pork. Mix well.
Lightly spray skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Heat on medium-high heat. Add pork, browning lightly on all sides. Reduce heat to low. Top pork with 1/2 the marinade. Cover and simmer, turning and basting occasionally. 15-20 minutes or until 160 deg. F. in thickest part of meat.
Transfer to a carving board and tent with foil for 10 minutes. Add remaining marmalade to skillet and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Slice pork and serve with sauce. Good with brown rice and oriental vegetables.
