Mix cream cheese with 4 oz carmel dip. Mix until smooth. Divide amoung 8 jars; wipe rims.
Spoon 2 oz dip in each jar. Place apple on each jar lid.
Wrap with cellophane & tie ribbond around top. Keep refrigerated.
