CREAM
1 cup butter
1/4 cup powered sugar
ADD
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 tablespoon water
ADD
2 cups flour
1 cup chopped pecans
 

Instructions
Form small balls or crescents Bake on ungreased cooky sheet in slow oven(325 degrees) 20 minutes or until delicately browned.While hot roll in powdered sugar.
