     Aunt Lizzie Cake

Ingredients
3/4 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Butter
1 teaspoon Vanilla Flavoring
2 Eggs
1 cup Milk
2 cups Flour
 

Instructions
Cream butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla together until smooth.
Add milk and flour, a little at a time, beating well after each addition.
Bake in a greased and floured round, 10-inch cake pan(an iron skillet is better) at 350° until done. This cake is eaten without frosting but is very good with peaches or other fruit.
