In a bowl of salt and flour cut in shortening.
Dissolve yeast in water.
Stir in flour with sour cream, eggs and flavoring .
Mix well with hand.
Cover with damp cloth and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Roll 1/2 dough on sugared board into oblong 8 x 16 inches. Fold ends to center, ends over lapping. Sprinkle with sugar. Roll again to same size. Repeat a third time.Roll 1/4 inch thick. Cut into strips 1x4inch. Twist into horseshoe shape
Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Take from baking sheet immediately
