Ingredients

 2 cups Butter

 2 cups Brown Sugar

 2 teaspoons Vanilla Flavoring

 4 cups Flour
-
 5 cups Oatmeal
-
 1 teaspoon Salt
-
 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
-
 2 teaspoons Baking Soda
-
 24 ounces Chocolate Chips
 
-
 8 ounces grated Hershey Bar
-
 3 cups Chopped Nuts
-
 2 cups Granulated Sugar
-
 4 Eggs
Instructions
Cream sugars and butter. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix together with flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Add chips, grated Hershey bar and nuts. Form balls and place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet. Bake at 375° for 6 minutes.
