Combine 1 c. flour, whole wheat flour, yeast,sugar, 2T onions, parsley, poultry seasoning, & salt in a large bowl. Heat water and butter until very warm 120 - 130. Stir in flour mixture. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally. Stir in remaining flour to make a stiff batter.

Rise in warm, draft- free area until doubled in size, about 30 minutes. Brush beaten egg of loaf. Sprinkle with remaining onion and celery seed.
Bake at 375 ( 350 for glass) for 35 minutes or until done. Remove from casserole; cool on rack
