Soften butter in coffeecup 10-15 seconds. Stir in sugar until it is light and fluffy-30 seconds. Add egg, stir in sour cream and vanilla. Stir in flour and baking powder.
Mix crumb topping ingredients until crumbly and put over top of batter. Microwave starting at 1 minute; add time in 10 second intervals until done.
