     Amish Macaroni Salad

Servings   4 cups

Ingredients
2 cups macaroni, uncooked = 4 cups cooked
1/4 cup mustard
2 tsp vinegar
3/4 to 1 cup milk to moisten
2 1/2 cups mayonaise
1 carrot, chopped or slivered
16 green olives, chopped
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped or julienned
 

Instructions
Cook macaroni per package; Rinse with cold water and drain. Add carrot, olives and peppers. Mix mustard, vinegar, mayonaise and milk; Add to macaroni; Mix well.
Refrigerate at least 4-8 hours or overnight before serving.
